Katsina disburses N640m scholarship to 47,000 students

More than 47, 000 indigent students studying in public and private higher institutions in the country have received bursary allowance totalling about N640 million from the Katsina State government.

VC lists benefits of foreign education as school holds convocation

Centre trains 30 Fellows on anti-corruption, driving change

The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) has selected 30 individuals for the behavioural insights network transparency and accountability (BINTA) fellowship, aimed at driving change and combating corruption in Nigeria.

Institute graduates 143, warns against wrong use of ICT

The Director of Studies, Bafuto Institute of Management and Information Technology, Adekunle Banjo, has warned against the negative use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), saying its wrong application poses a significant threat to the society.

Don tasks FG on implementation of gender policie

The Director of Research and Development at Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Prof Godwin Okon, has urged the Federal Government to implement policies that promote gender equality, especially the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG- 5), which stipulates 40 per cent participation of women in decision making.

SSANIP unveils 2000-capacity hall project at Auchi Poly

FRIN-EFCC invasion: S/West NANS issues 48-hour ultimatum to IGP

The South-West chapter of the National Association of Nigerians Students (NANS) has issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Inspector General of Police (IGP), Egbetokun Olukayode, following the “unlawful invasion” of Federal Research Institute of Nigeria (FRIN), Ibadan, by the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
