The Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery has announced the commencement of the sale of Post UTME forms for prospective students aiming to enroll in the Basic Nursing Programme. This announcement was made public by the Provost of the College, Dr. Gbonjubola Owolabi, in a statement released on Tuesday.

Dr. Owolabi stated that the sale of forms will be available from May 20th to August 16th. The Post UTME examination is scheduled for August 26th-27th, followed by interviews from September 2nd-6th, 2024. The Provost emphasized that interested candidates should adhere to the official process of application to avoid falling victim to fraudulent schemes.

The Provost warned the public against sharing personal or financial information with any unofficial sources claiming affiliation with the College. She advised prospective students to complete their applications through the College’s official website at www.oysconme.edu.ng or to seek assistance from the College’s ICT center for further inquiries.

Dr. Owolabi reiterated that the College maintains a high standard of admission, which will be strictly based on merit. The Post UTME form is available only to those who have achieved a cut-off mark of 200 and above. She stressed that payments should only be made through the official application link provided on the College’s website, and not through any individual, agent, or personal bank account.

Upon successful completion of the Basic Nursing Programme, students will be awarded an academic certificate of National Diploma. Dr. Owolabi assured that the College is committed to upholding its standards and providing quality education to its students.
