Ogun State has rapidly transformed into a top investment destination in Nigeria, driven by the ‘ISÉYÀ’ mantra under Governor Dapo Abiodun’s leadership.

Over the past five years, the state has completed over 500 kilometers of roads, established the Gateway International Airport, and made significant strides in technology, health, education, agriculture, and housing. These advancements have positioned Ogun State as a beacon of progress and an attractive hub for investors.

Building on the success of previous housing projects, the Ogun State Government has unveiled the PMB Estate, a state-of-the-art residential city in Abeokuta along the Sagamu Expressway. The estate features luxurious 4-bedroom homes, including both fully detached and semi-detached duplexes, with contemporary architecture and top-tier infrastructure.

Prince Farooq Adenugba, an aide to the governor, highlighted the estate’s commitment to creating a green and sustainable living space, offering a secure and serene environment for residents and investors alike.

The PMB Estate boasts an array of amenities, including landscaped green areas, reliable clean water supply, 24-hour power, a sporting center, clubhouse, and top-notch security. Strategically located, the estate provides easy access to major cities and commercial hubs, making it an ideal choice for professionals and families.

The project is 80% complete, with the first units offered at discounted prices and flexible payment plans available. Governor Abiodun emphasized that the PMB Estate is a key component of the vision for an industrialized and developed Ogun State, showcasing the government’s commitment to creating a prosperous and sustainable environment for all.
