Petralon Energy has inaugurated its Future Leaders Program (FLP), an initiative aimed at nurturing emerging talent in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
The program, launched as part of Petralon’s 10th-anniversary celebrations, offers financial support and internship opportunities to selected students from six top Nigerian universities, focusing on Engineering and Geology.
Petralon CFO Adeola Akinrinmade emphasized the program’s goal of fostering talent and sustainable growth in Nigeria’s energy sector, while Dr. Kenneth Uzor, Government Relations and CSR Manager, highlighted the broader vision of empowering young minds to make impactful contributions in their fields.
