All is set for the take-off of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) Centre at Ayondaves International Academy (AIA), Ushafa, as preparations intensify ahead of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), which the examination body has announced will be conducted fully through the CBT format.

Speaking on the development, the Director, Mr. Francis Ayonya, said the establishment of the CBT centre marks another milestone in the school’s commitment to academic excellence and digital advancement.

“The centre will provide a platform for effective digital skill training for our learners,” he stated. “We are ensuring that every child acquires at least one relevant digital skill that will help them become self-reliant in the future.”

Mr. Ayonya further highlighted that the new facility builds on the school’s remarkable achievements over the years, especially in external examinations since its inception nine years ago.

He reaffirmed the school’s vision to produce not only academically sound students but also technologically equipped individuals ready to thrive in an evolving digital world.

With this initiative, Ayondaves International Academy joins the growing number of forward-thinking schools in Nigeria embracing digital education and aligning with the modernization drive of examination bodies across West Africa.
