At the opening of a new Aptech computer education center in Lokogoma, Abuja, Kallol Mukherjee, Head of International Business Division at Aptech, emphasized the institution’s commitment to more than just enrollment numbers. With course prices ranging from N500,000 to N5 million, Aptech aims to empower Nigerian youth post-graduation through education and employment opportunities. Mukherjee noted that over 100,000 Nigerian students have already benefited from Aptech’s contribution to the country’s economic development.
He reiterated Aptech’s primary goal of youth empowerment through education, emphasizing student career development, post-completion opportunities, and eligibility for university programs abroad.
Operating for over 25 years in Nigeria, Aptech now boasts over 50 centers across the country. Mukherjee revealed Aptech’s ambitious goal of empowering 25 million students globally in the next 25 years through diverse programs including IT skills, hospitality, retail, cyber security, Java proficiency, and multimedia/animation training courses.
Mukherjee emphasized Aptech’s commitment to ensuring every student’s employability, stating, “Every student who has come out of Aptech is employed today.” He highlighted Aptech’s efforts in providing interview opportunities and job placements, ensuring students are prepared to contribute to the nation’s development.
