The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Student Engagement, in collaboration with NANS Diaspora, is set to celebrate the 2024 International Students’ Day from November 17-24 in Nigeria and South Africa.

Themed “Celebrating Moral and Academic Excellence for Sustainable Development,” the event aims to unite Nigerian students domestically and abroad, offering a platform for engagement on national development goals. Diaspora Liaison Officer Dr. Opeoluwaseun Ojekemi highlighted plans for scholarships, mentorships, and internships to support Nigerian students globally and strengthen their role in the country’s sustainable growth.

The event also provides networking opportunities with leaders and professionals, ensuring diaspora students are supported in their academic and professional pursuits, contributing meaningfully to Nigeria’s progress.
