The 2024 Discipleship Bible Bee competition, organized by Discipleship Family Academy (DFA), concluded with eight pupils emerging victorious.

Held on Saturday in Gwarimpa, Abuja, the event featured children aged 6 to 17 competing across four categories. The competition, designed to encourage biblical literacy, included preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds.

13-year-old Bloom-Ann Benjamin was crowned the overall winner, taking home the grand prize of N1,000,000. Uforo Idiongo Ema and Alexander Oboh secured second place with N500,000 each, while Zack Inikwot, Zayne Inikwot, Victor Praise, Etotok Mercy Joseph, and Sophie Eniwaju Daniels shared the third-place prize of N300,000. Tutors of the top three winners also received cash rewards of N300,000, N150,000, and N75,000, respectively.

DFA founder Oluwatoyin Oboh praised the competition for its role in fostering biblical knowledge and spiritual growth among children. Bloom-Ann Benjamin expressed her gratitude, highlighting the competition’s impact on her faith and personal development.
