IHS Towers, in partnership with the Limitless Space Institute (LSI) from the USA, has trained ten Nigerian secondary school teachers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with a focus on space technology.

During a global educators’ program in Lagos, Kaci Heinz, Executive Director at LSI, announced that the selected teachers were chosen from over 200 applicants and have undergone six months of training in Houston, Texas, with the remaining six months set to take place in Nigeria.

The initiative aims to empower these educators to inspire their students in STEM fields, emphasizing the importance of integrating space technology into the curriculum. Dapo Otunla, Chief Corporate Services Officer at IHS, highlighted the company’s commitment to enhancing technology education through training programs and innovation hubs across Nigeria.
