In a groundbreaking move set to transform education, Teachly, a new educational platform, launched today in Ibadan. Teachly connects passionate educators with eager learners, offering a flexible, high-quality approach to teaching and learning while creating income opportunities for teachers.

Founded by Dr. Tokunbo Adekanla, Teachly aims to provide teachers with a platform to monetize their expertise on their terms, supporting those who want supplemental income or a larger audience for their unique skills.

“Teaching isn’t just a job; it’s a calling,” said Dr. Adekanla. “We believe every teacher can make a lasting impact, and every student deserves personalized, high-quality instruction. Teachly is here to bridge that gap.”

For students, Teachly promises a customized, interactive learning experience that departs from the traditional “one-size-fits-all” approach. The platform offers a wide variety of classes, from core academics to niche subjects like language, test preparation, and hobby-based courses. Students of all ages and backgrounds can connect with educators who tailor their teaching styles to meet individual needs.

Co-founder Victor Olayemi highlighted the platform’s vision of fostering a lifelong learning community. “Teachly not only connects teachers and students but also builds a supportive environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can share knowledge, collaborate, and inspire each other,” he said. “As we launch here in Ibadan, we are inviting everyone to join a movement that redefines education.”
