NerdzFactory has teamed up with the World Bank, the Federal Ministry of Education, and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) on the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project.

This national initiative aims to bridge critical gaps in Nigeria’s technical and vocational education by equipping young people with in-demand skills for the modern labor market.

Central to this collaboration is the launch of the TechBridge Program, which will operate in Lagos and Rivers States. The program offers training in high-demand areas such as Graphic and Product Design, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Front-end Web Development, alongside essential life skills, workplace preparedness, and entrepreneurship. Participants will benefit from a 100% tuition scholarship, industry-recognized certifications, mentorship, job placements, and internship opportunities.

Ademulegun Olowojoba, Founding Partner of NerdzFactory, highlighted the program’s potential to empower youth and drive growth in Nigeria’s tech sector. Running from September to December 2024, TechBridge aims to prepare participants for successful careers or entrepreneurial ventures, contributing significantly to the country’s digital economy.
