Enugu – The Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), Professor Charles Igwe, has praised Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, the former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, for his selfless service and pioneering contributions to the university community.

After resigning from his commissioner position, Dr. Nnam chose to lecture without pay, aiming to share his extensive experience in lands administration with society. In a commendation letter signed by the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Nnam was lauded for his exceptional service.

The letter reads:
