The Unique College of Management and Technology (Unique Polytechnic) and Unique College of Nursing Science and Midwifery have received provisional accreditation from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

This approval, confirmed in a letter dated July 6, 2024, was announced by NBTE’s Executive Secretary, Prof. Idris M. Bugaje. The accreditation authorizes the institutions to operate in accordance with the provisions of Act CAP E3 LPN 2004.

The colleges will initially offer two programs: Institutional Administration and ND Nursing Sciences, with student admissions beginning for the 2024/2025 academic session. The accreditation marks a significant step for the institutions, setting the stage for their operational launch and academic offerings.

Dr. Ken Idimili, Registrar of the institutions, expressed his satisfaction with the approval. He emphasized the colleges’ commitment to developing future leaders who will become creators of employment rather than job-seekers, and encouraged prospective students to consider these institutions for a promising future.
