ASUU offers 12 UNILAG indigent students N1.4m scholarship

Sokoto govt to address challenges of climate change in schools

St Anne’s school excels in 2023 International Queen’s essay competition

St. Anne’s School, Ibadan, has won two bronze and two silver medals in this year’s International Queen’s Essay competition, organised for secondary schools from Commonwealth countries.

The Nigerian Tribune reported that St. Anne’s School joined the competition in 2021 and won one gold and one silver medal that year. The following year, it won three bronze and two silver medals.

500 Corps members rally against Open Defecation in Oyo

In commemoration of this year’s World Toilet Day, about 500 members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) staged a rally in Ibadan on Saturday, protesting against rampant open defecation in Oyo State.

Adorning Hypo Toilet Cleaner crested vests on their khaki trousers, the corps members walked from the NYSC Secretariat at Agodi Gate through Total Garden, Mokola, and the Lekan Salami Stadium at Adamasingba.
