The Ebuka Amobi Foundation has launched a N3 million education empowerment initiative for students in Imo State, featuring a quiz competition open to all schools.

Registration for the event is ongoing and will close on October 14, with plans to make the competition an annual event aimed at supporting educational development.

The foundation’s goal is to promote academic excellence, encourage students to pursue educational achievement, and build self-esteem by providing a platform to showcase their talents. The initiative also aims to revive a culture of healthy competition among students in the state.

Looking ahead, the foundation plans to expand the initiative beyond Imo State, depending on its impact on local students. The focus remains on fostering growth in the education sector within Imo and the broader South East region, emphasizing education as the foundation of national development.
